Jessica Barnett

Mrs. Jessica Barnett joined the HC*EXCELL Board of Directors in July 2026. She is a proud Southwest Virginia native. She graduated from Emory & Henry (go Wasps!). Jessica has spent most of her career working in various Human Resources and Benefit/Wellness roles. Before moving to Tuff Torq over five years ago she served as the Director of Benefits and Wellness Communications for Clayton Homes Corporate office. 

Jessica is married to an educator and coach (go Greene Devils!) making HC*EXCELL’s mission personal. She believes strongly in the power of education to change lives. She hopes to make a positive impact on the already powerful and meaningful work HC*EXCELL does in our community!
