Jessica Rich

Jessica has over 40 years of banking experience and is the Market President for HomeTrust Bank.  Her banking career started with Morristown Federal Savings and Loan in 1985 and then she commuted to Knoxville for 22 years working for various banks.  She feels extremely fortunate to have come full circle and in 2020 and made her way back home to HomeTrust in Morristown. 

Jessica is passionate about supporting her community and maintains leadership roles in a variety of organizations. She is the Treasurer of the Morristown Rotary Club and Past President and Treasurer of Morristown Rotary A.M.; she is also a member of the finance committee for the Morristown Area Chamber and serves as a Board Member.  She is former Board Member and Treasurer for Girls, Inc., current Board Member for United Way, a member of the Lakeway Achievement Center Board, a member of the Industrial Development Board of the City of Morristown, and current Treasurer and Board Member of HC*EXCELL. 

Jessica attended Walter State Community College and graduated from the Tennessee School of Banking and The Southeastern School of Advanced Commercial Lending. 

She and her husband of more than 45 years have two daughters, two sons-in-law, and four grandchildren.
