HC*EXCELL Board of Directors

Justin Cook

Justin Cook serves as a board member for HC*EXCELL, bringing over twenty years of experience in the banking industry. He is currently the Community Market President at First Horizon Bank for the Hamblen County & surrounding area.  He holds both Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations.  Justin graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point before serving five years as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army.

A strong advocate for community service, Justin actively serves on several local boards.  He is deeply committed to fostering educational opportunities and supporting the needs of the Hamblen County community through his role with HC*EXCELL.  His wife, Jen, is an assistant professor of education at Carson Newman University and they have two boys who attend the University of Tennessee.
