Students with County Commission

The Youth Leadership Hamblen County program was transitioned from an in-school program into an out-of-school program in 2018 and is now run by a community advisory council. This student leadership development program provides a year-long experience for Morristown East and West High juniors. It is an intensive study of our community, its history, opportunities, and challenges.
